Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a driven and competitive Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue goals. This role involves engaging with new and existing clients, generating sales leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-up calls, emails, and understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Create cost quotes for clients and open sales order files when necessary.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales consultants for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and consistently meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct research to identify key players and generate client interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to build the pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online product presentations and promote group offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal sales with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to make numerous calls daily.
  • Proficiency in using corporate productivity tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work within set deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
