What We’re Looking For:

We need Sales Agents who are ready to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while driving the growth of our mobile customer base. You should be able to understand the diverse needs of customers, handle various personalities with professionalism, and represent the Hollywoodbets brand with pride.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and addressing any betting-related queries.
• Sales & Activations: Drive daily sales by effectively demonstrating and explaining mobile products, services, and usage to encourage customers to purchase and use Hollywoodbets services.
• Mobile Marketing: Help drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of your sales activities and provide daily progress reports to management.
• Brand Promotion: Promote the Hollywoodbets mobile brand through displays and events, attracting new and existing customers.
• FICA Assistance: Assist customers in submitting the necessary FICA documents when opening new accounts.
• Bonus Incentives: Encourage customers to use sign-up bonuses and demonstrate how to place bets via the mobile app.
• Equipment Care: Maintain and secure all mobile equipment while ensuring your work area remains tidy.
• Training and Development: Complete weekly training sessions, including Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Notes, and Trainers on Wheels.
• Flexibility: Depending on operational needs, you may be required to work across different branches and stores.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous work as a promoter or in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer Focus: Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer personalities.
• Results-Driven: Must be highly motivated and target-focused.
• Mobile & Betting Knowledge: A solid understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales systems and mobile platforms is a plus.
