Your Role in Our Team:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From demonstrating products and managing sales transactions to handling inquiries and maintaining inventory, you’ll play a vital role in the store’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide exceptional customer service, making each interaction meaningful and memorable.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing inquiries, and special offers.
• Process sales transactions, orders, refunds, and credits with accuracy.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate, conducting routine checks and replenishing when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and service quality standards.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve store operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Matric/Grade 12 (Required)
• At least one year of experience in retail or a similar sales-driven environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior experience in homeware retail is a plus!
