About the Internship

This internship is designed to provide graduates with hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation. Interns will work alongside HR professionals to develop key industry skills and gain exposure to HR operations within a professional setting.

Who Should Apply?

To qualify, applicants must:

✔ Hold a National Diploma (NQF 6) in Human Resources Management/Development
✔ Have basic computer literacy skills
✔ Be dependable, a team player, and capable of working under pressure
✔ Demonstrate a keen interest in HR operations and development

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a South African citizen or South African Permanent Resident with a valid South African ID.
• Non-South Africans are not eligible to apply.
• Applicants who have already participated in an internship or graduate programme should not apply.

Internship Duration

• The internship programme runs for 24 months.
• Successful candidates will be required to sign an internship contract for the full duration.
