Key Responsibilities
π Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain a strong customer base through cold calling and networking.
π Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Manage customer expectations effectively to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure customer escalations and concerns are handled professionally.
πΌ Sales & Negotiation
- Conduct vehicle evaluations and provide accurate price assessments.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
π Administrative & Compliance Tasks
- Ensure all sales documents and compliance requirements are completed.
- Maintain dealership policies and procedures.
- Utilize Higher Gear for tracking and reporting sales activity.
Qualifications & Experience
β Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
β Experience:
- At least 3 years of proven vehicle sales experience.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
β Additional Requirements: - Valid Code 8 Driverβs License (Essential).
- Computer literacy for managing customer data and sales reports.
