Key Responsibilities

🚗 Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through cold calling and networking.

📈 Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively to ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure customer escalations and concerns are handled professionally.

💼 Sales & Negotiation

  • Conduct vehicle evaluations and provide accurate price assessments.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

📝 Administrative & Compliance Tasks

  • Ensure all sales documents and compliance requirements are completed.
  • Maintain dealership policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Higher Gear for tracking and reporting sales activity.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven vehicle sales experience.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    Additional Requirements:
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License (Essential).
  • Computer literacy for managing customer data and sales reports.
