Job Purpose
The Academic Administrator will support the migration of qualification documentation into approved submission templates. This role ensures that all annexes and supporting documents are correctly structured, formatted, and ready for internal quality review and regulatory submission.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Transfer qualification documentation from existing programme packs into approved templates.
- Compile, format, and organise annexes and supporting evidence into structured submission packs.
- Maintain correct sequencing, labelling, and version control of all documents.
- Update institutional terminology and formatting to match template requirements.
- Keep an accurate project tracker that reflects progress and outstanding items.
- Submit completed packs for internal QA review and implement required corrections within agreed timelines.
- Participate in virtual training and alignment sessions as needed.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data‑protection policies.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in academic administration, quality‑assurance support, regulatory documentation, or structured document management.
- Strong computer literacy (essential).
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills (non‑negotiable).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data‑tracking tools.
- Access to a personal laptop capable of running Microsoft Office applications.
- Stable, reliable internet connection suitable for full‑time remote work.
