Infrastructure EPWP General Worker (1 Position)

FH Odendaal Hospital, Limpopo

About Us:
The Limpopo Department of Health delivers comprehensive, accessible healthcare services to improve community health outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric certificate (NQF Level 4 equivalent)
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment/patients/corpses
  • Willingness to handle biohazard materials (blood, bodily fluids)
  • Experience operating maintenance equipment (lawnmowers, weed eaters)
  • Capacity to stand for 12-hour shifts
  • Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for emergency overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform facility maintenance and operational support tasks
  • Handle laundry/cleaning duties with industrial equipment
  • Assist with mortuary operations as required
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks to support hospital operations
