Core Responsibilities

Production Management

• Meet production targets through optimized resource allocation
• Maintain operational efficiency and product quality standards
• Manage production documentation and records

Equipment Maintenance

• Coordinate maintenance activities through proper job card procedures
• Ensure equipment safety and workplace organization standards

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain compliance with company procedures

Team Leadership

• Monitor staff performance and identify training needs
• Address personnel matters promptly and fairly

Essential Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)
• L2 Plastic Federation Injection Moulding Certification

Experience

• 3 years’ hands-on experience in injection moulding processes
• Proven ability in mold tool changing and process troubleshooting
• Shift work experience in manufacturing environment
