Intern Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract Position)

Location: KwaZulu-Natal

Job Type: Contract

Minimum Qualification: Matric

Role Purpose

Provide administrative support to the Training & Development team in coordinating learning programs and maintaining training systems across the Beekman Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation of the Annual Training Plan
  • Screen training requests and manage scheduling
  • Facilitate venue bookings and event setups
  • Liaise with suppliers, HR partners and SETA representatives
  • Support corporate social initiatives and sustainability programs
  • Maintain training records and systems documentation
  • Assist with Beekman W.A.Y engagement activities
  • Organize stakeholder meetings and training events

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (required)
  • Professional communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
