Intern Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract Position)

Role Purpose
Provide administrative support to the Training & Development team in coordinating learning programs and maintaining training systems across the Beekman Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of the Annual Training Plan
- Screen training requests and manage scheduling
- Facilitate venue bookings and event setups
- Liaise with suppliers, HR partners and SETA representatives
- Support corporate social initiatives and sustainability programs
- Maintain training records and systems documentation
- Assist with Beekman W.A.Y engagement activities
- Organize stakeholder meetings and training events
Requirements
- Matric certificate (required)
- Professional communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
