Position Details:

Job Type: Full Time Internship

Required Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Degree in any of these fields (NQF Level 7):
  • Town & Regional Planning
  • Environmental Science/Environmental Management
  • Geoscience/Geohydrology

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Eligibility Requirements:

• No prior participation in any internship programme
• Must be resident of City of Johannesburg

Programme Overview:

Key Focus Areas: Water Service Regulation, Policy Development, Catchment Management, Open Space Planning

Learning Opportunities:

• Support personnel development initiatives
• Process borehole applications and development proposals
• Assist with environmental monitoring programs
• Support policy implementation processes
• Provide administrative support for Directorate operations
