Job Purpose
The Western Cape Mobility Department is offering an employment opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render administrative support services in Parow.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
Recommendations
- Relevant administrative support experience in a traffic law enforcement working environment.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays.
- Willingness to travel within the Province.
- Valid driving license (Code B or higher).

Key Performance Areas
- Render general clerical support services.
- Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component.
- Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component.
- Provide financial administration support services within the component.
Competencies
A good understanding of the following areas is essential:
- Clerical duties and practices, data capture, and statistical collection.
- Legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Working procedures relevant to the working environment.
Skills required:
- Planning and organizing.
- Proven computer literacy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Remuneration
- Annual Salary: R 216,417 (Salary Level 5)

Additional Information
