Job Purpose:
This internship aims to equip young professionals with essential skills and knowledge in property management, enabling them to leverage their academic background in a practical setting. Interns will gain exposure to various aspects of facilities management, from operations to maintenance, under the guidance of experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will be tasked with a variety of duties designed to enhance your learning and development in the facilities management field. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and Coordination: Work alongside senior staff to assist in the planning and monitoring of site requirements, ensuring facilities are properly maintained and managed.
• Facility Inspections: Participate in conducting regular inspections to assess work quality and ensure compliance with set standards.
• Support Services: Provide support for all facility management services, assisting with day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks.
• Compliance and Procedures: Ensure all internal procedures are followed and implemented, guaranteeing the smooth running of operations.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce full compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.
• Building Maintenance: Assist in the management of building maintenance, addressing any issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications: Candidates should meet the following criteria to apply for this internship:

• A Diploma in Construction Management or a Qualification in Facilities Management.
• A BCom Finance degree with a focus on Property Management or a related discipline.
