What to Expect

As a Citi Graduate, you will undergo a comprehensive selection process. Upon acceptance, you will be placed in the Equities and Markets division, where you will receive hands-on training and mentorship.

Who Should Apply?

• Have completed an undergraduate degree (GPA of 65% or higher) or a Master’s degree in any discipline (Accounting qualifications are a plus)
• Have up to one year of work experience (not mandatory but preferred)
• Possess strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Have a keen interest in finance and the global economy
• Are committed to personal and professional growth
