Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and professional Virtual Sales Consultants to join our dynamic Discovery Connect team. As trusted ambassadors, consultants will engage with existing Discovery clients, fostering trust-based relationships and delivering world-class service. This role involves proactive sales generation, virtual client engagements via Zoom, and comprehensive financial needs analyses to tailor solutions to individual client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver professional and efficient service to high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct client interactions via telephone, email, and video calls.
  • Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to identify and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and product developments.
  • Address client queries and provide expert guidance on sales and service-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Discovery products, including Life, Health, Insure, Bank, and Invest
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Essential NQF5 and RE5 qualifications
  • COB qualification

Beneficial:

  • Tertiary qualification, particularly in business or finance
  • Strong knowledge of investments, life insurance, and financial planning
  • Experience in broker consulting within financial services
