Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Agent at Hollywoodbets, your duties will include:

• Customer Engagement: Assisting clients with account registration and betting-related queries.
• Sales & Marketing: Driving daily sales and activations by effectively demonstrating mobile products and services to attract new users.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promoting the Hollywoodbets mobile platform and increasing brand awareness.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and reporting progress to management.
• Event & Store Activations: Setting up promotional displays at outlets, events, and marketing activations to engage new and existing customers.
• FICA Compliance: Assisting customers with the correct submission of FICA documentation when opening accounts.
• User Education: Guiding new customers on how to use the Hollywoodbets mobile application and sign-up bonus effectively.
• Store Maintenance: Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace to enhance customer experience.
• Equipment Management: Safekeeping and maintaining all mobile equipment used for sales and activations.
• Ongoing Training: Completing weekly training sessions, including Moodle, bet strike, and Voice Note Training.
• Operational Flexibility: Roaming between branches and stores as per business needs.
• Additional Duties: Performing any other tasks as required by the company.

What You Bring to the Team

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong listening and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• A solid understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
• A keen interest in sales and customer engagement.
