Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your main objective will be to maximize vehicle sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

🚗 Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Ensuring that customers receive a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.

📈 Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Introducing customers to Finance & Insurance (F&I) options.
  • Educating customers on vehicle features, available accessories, and special promotions.

📝 Sales Process & Compliance:

  • Completing all sales documentation in line with Company and Consumer Protection Act (CPA) regulations.
  • Ensuring accuracy in deal files, invoicing, and vehicle deliveries.
  • Adhering to Hyundai’s discounting policies and finance procedures.

🎯 Marketing & Prospecting:

  • Actively seeking new customers and expanding the dealership’s customer base.
  • Maintaining Hyundai’s marketing system (Higher Gear) with discipline.
  • Ensuring proper staffing for sales events, displays, and dealership promotions.

🚘 Vehicle Maintenance & Presentation:

  • Keeping demo vehicles clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensuring that all delivered vehicles are free of defects and meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Matric / Equivalent qualification.
Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of vehicle sales experience in the motor industry.
  • 2-3 years in a similar sales role.
