Job Overview: Ensuring Efficient Transport and Documentation Handling

The primary responsibility of the Driver Messenger is to support the department by transporting materials, equipment, and personnel, as well as handling mail and document deliveries between regional offices and depots. This role requires a physically fit and able-bodied individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Transportation Duties – Safely transport staff, materials, and equipment to various locations.
✔ Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance – Conduct routine vehicle checks and report defects.
✔ Loading & Offloading – Assist in ensuring materials and equipment are handled safely.
✔ Mail & Document Distribution – Collect and deliver important documents between offices.
✔ Record Keeping – Complete necessary forms and update internal transactional documentation.
