Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and finalize pre-owned vehicle sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns professionally.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term connections.

  • Adhere to FICA regulations, the POPI Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Report transactional activities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Uphold company policies and industry best practices in all sales transactions.

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at boosting pre-owned vehicle sales.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation.

Qualifications & Experience

βœ” Education: Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
βœ” Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    βœ” Additional Requirements:
  • Valid South African Driver’s License (Essential).
