Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Kia Alberton is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in customer service, has a strong sales background, and is eager to exceed targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
π Sales & Customer Engagement
- Facilitate and finalize pre-owned vehicle sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term connections.
π Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to FICA regulations, the POPI Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
- Report transactional activities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Uphold company policies and industry best practices in all sales transactions.
π Marketing & Sales Growth
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at boosting pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation.
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements while maintaining company profitability.
π° Financial Efficiency & Risk Management
- Execute financial transactions accurately to minimize risk and prevent financial loss.
- Maintain compliance with all financial policies regarding invoicing and payments.
Qualifications & Experience
β Education: Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
β Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
β Additional Requirements: - Valid South African Driverβs License (Essential).
