About the Role

We seek an experienced professional to oversee IT service delivery, stakeholder management, and business support operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure seamless technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Support:

  • Manage IT incidents, service requests, and SLA compliance
  • Implement ITIL-based support processes
  • Conduct user training and establish service forums
  • Maintain IT infrastructure availability and continuity

Strategic Operations:

  • Develop IT policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets, assets, and risk registers
  • Oversee technical evaluations and procurement processes

Leadership & Reporting:

  • Supervise technical teams and optimize resource allocation
  • Prepare management reports and performance analyses
  • Maintain vendor relationships and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Technology
  • ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification
  • 5-7 years’ IT support experience with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record in service level management and technical troubleshooting
