Position Details
Employment Type: Full Time
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT (National Certificate or Higher National Certificate considered)
Experience Needed: 5-7 years in ICT support environment (2 years supervisory experience)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities
Service Management
- Oversee IT incident resolution and service requests
- Maintain service level agreements with stakeholders
- Conduct user training on technology systems
Technical Operations
- Implement ITIL-based support processes
- Manage regional ICT assets and risk register
- Coordinate technical evaluations and procurement
Leadership Functions
- Supervise support technicians
- Prepare operational reports and budgets
- Address audit findings and compliance requirements
Required Credentials
- ITIL Foundation V3 (or higher) certification
- Proven experience in service desk management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
