Position Summary

This 12-month learnership combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, culminating in a FETC: Long Term Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4).

Key Responsibilities

• Client service operations in medical aid administration
• Claims processing and new business support
• Health benefits management and customer support

Essential Requirements

• Matric certificate with minimum requirements:
  • Mathematics: Level 4 (50%) or Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
  • English: Level 4 (50%)
  • Second Language: Level 4 (50%)
• Age 18-25 years
• No prior learnership completion
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & Outlook)
