Position Summary
This 12-month learnership combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, culminating in a FETC: Long Term Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4).

- Claims processing and new business support
- Health benefits management and customer support
Essential Requirements
- Matric certificate with minimum requirements:
- Mathematics: Level 4 (50%) or Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
- English: Level 4 (50%)
- Second Language: Level 4 (50%)
- Age 18-25 years
- No prior learnership completion
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & Outlook)
