About the Role:

Join CSOS, a regulatory body established under the Community Scheme Ombud Service Act, in ensuring effective governance of community schemes. We seek a qualified Legal Advisor to strengthen our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies for streamlined documentation and data management
  • Prepare and review contracts to optimize organizational value
  • Provide legal guidance on compliance and contractual matters
  • Conduct legislative research and case law analysis
  • Implement best practices for legal operations improvement

Requirements:

  • LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Admission as Attorney/Advocate (5+ years PQE)
  • Expertise in labor law, corporate law, and governance principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong policy development and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ethical standards
