About Us:
The Companies Tribunal, an agency of the Department of Trade and Industry, provides efficient dispute resolution services under the Companies Act (2008). As an independent constitutional body, we operate nationwide with a commitment to legal excellence and public service.
Position Details:
- Qualification: LLB/BCom Law degree or equivalent
- Experience: No prior work experience required
- Age Requirement: 18-35 years
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide case support
- Assist Tribunal members with administrative tasks
- Support court review processes
- Prepare documentation for governance committees
- Facilitate stakeholder communications
- Provide general operational support as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- First-time internship applicants only
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
