Who Should Apply?

We are looking for motivated young South Africans who are ready to start their careers.

  • South African citizens, aged 18‑29.
  • Recent graduates with at least a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Currently unemployed and not enrolled in full‑time study during the internship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to contribute.

Preferred Fields of Study

  • Information Technology (Technical)
  • Business Administration / Management
  • Fraud & Risk Management
  • Accounting (or any degree with credit, mathematics or reconciliation modules)

What You Will Do

Interns are placed in a structured role and will be given responsibilities such as:

  • Assist teams with daily operations and project tasks.
  • Support customer service, administrative, research or technical activities.
  • Participate in training workshops and development sessions.
  • Share ideas to improve processes or services.
  • Gain exposure to key business areas through shadowing and coaching.
