- Birth/Marriage/Death registrations
- Travel document processing
- Lead Immigration Services operations per Immigration Act
- Implement strategic objectives and digital transformation initiatives
- Coordinate resource management (human, financial, physical)
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and risk management
