- Operations management experience in Civic/Immigration Services
- Strong understanding of legislative frameworks and government structures
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Project management and digital systems expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and service delivery standards
- Oversee immigration services and document security
- Coordinate civic services (births, marriages, deaths, travel documents)
- Implement governance policies and risk management
- Manage human resources and operational budgets
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements
