  • Strong understanding of legislative frameworks and government structures
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Project management and digital systems expertise

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and service delivery standards
  • Oversee immigration services and document security
  • Coordinate civic services (births, marriages, deaths, travel documents)
  • Implement governance policies and risk management
  • Manage human resources and operational budgets
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagements
