Position Summary:

Support procurement operations and logistics coordination for our South African team. Ideal for organized professionals with 2-4 years’ experience in supply chain operations.

    Supply Chain/Logistics Certification (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2-4 years in procurement/logistics
  • Work Location: Centurion/Pretoria, Gauteng

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and manage supplier communications
  • Coordinate international shipments including customs documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages
  • Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP system
  • Assist with supplier performance tracking and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems
  • Understanding of Incoterms and export documentation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Basic financial literacy for cost tracking
