Job Description

We seek an energetic, skilled Maintenance Artisan to maintain plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene, safety, and efficient operations while addressing mechanical and electrical tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 certificate; N3-N4 Mechanical/Electrical qualification preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in English (reading/writing), mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, teamwork, and independent problem-solving.
• Experience: 2+ years in maintenance roles, ideally within food manufacturing or baking industries (electrical focus preferred).
• Logistics: Own transport for emergency call-outs, flexibility for overtime/weekend shifts, and standby availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily machinery inspections and document faults.
• Adhere to safety protocols and food hygiene standards.
• Repair breakdowns swiftly and supervise maintenance tasks.
• Complete maintenance checklists and report issues to supervisors.
