Position Details:

• Qualification: Matric Certificate
• Experience: 2-4 years post-apprenticeship
• Trade Requirement: Mechanical Artisan (Fitter/Turner/Millwright)
• Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment maintenance adhering to GMP and safety standards
• Implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and conduct root cause analysis
• Optimize production equipment efficiency
• Maintain calibration records and equipment documentation

Essential Requirements:

• Valid trade test certification
• Experience with pharmaceutical production systems
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of machinery safety protocols
• Physical capability for equipment handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmaceutical Technician certification
• Experience in packaging line maintenance
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing systems
