- Experience: 3+ years in hospital/healthcare maintenance
- Location: Soweto, Gauteng
Key Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems
- Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Maintain medical gas systems and building infrastructure
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Provide 24/7 emergency support when required
