Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Valid driver’s license

Required Experience and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Office Automation, IT, or Telecommunications Sales (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Proven sales performance and advanced computer skills.
- Experience with cold calling and a willingness to pursue new leads.
- Comprehensive knowledge of products and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Handle client complaints professionally, ensuring excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve group and service goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the BPO system.
