Position Details

Reporting To: Head of Mayoral Parlour

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and operational management for administrative support services
  • Develop and monitor departmental budgets and expenditure
  • Oversee risk management processes and maintain risk registers
  • Manage procurement processes and resource allocation
  • Coordinate key programs aligned with municipal development plans
  • Supervise office operations and staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with administrative reporting requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration/Financial Management + 6 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in related field + 7 years experience with supervisory role
