Position Summary
We seek an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead our technology integration, product development, and agile implementation strategies in Centurion.
Key Responsibilities
Product Excellence
- Implement user testing programs and quality assurance protocols
- Develop UX strategies using Figma/Sketch prototypes
- Monitor product performance analytics
Technology Leadership
- Oversee system integrations and API implementations
- Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption
- Maintain cross-platform compatibility
Agile Operations
- Implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Conduct sprint planning and retrospectives
- Track velocity and cycle time metrics
Team Management
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Develop staff capabilities through training
- Implement performance management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Business/Engineering
- 6-8 years’ experience in digital delivery environments
- 2+ years in leadership role managing technical teams
- Certification in Agile/Scrum/Product Management (Preferred)
- Proven track record in enterprise solution delivery
