Key Responsibilities

Legal Process Management

  • Oversee summons administration adhering to court rules and timelines
  • Manage legal documentation processing and court correspondence
  • Coordinate expert witness appointments and assessments

Dispute Resolution

  • Lead mediation processes for claim settlements
  • Facilitate negotiation of settlement agreements
  • Analyze evidence and apply legislative frameworks

Operational Leadership

  • Develop departmental policies and implementation strategies
  • Prepare regulatory compliance reports and executive briefings
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels

Team Development

  • Lead recruitment and retention of qualified professionals
  • Conduct performance management and skills development
  • Implement workforce optimization strategies

Candidate Requirements

  • LLB or equivalent legal qualification required
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Proven track record in legal administration systems
  • Expertise in civil procedure rules and accident compensation law
  • Strong leadership and analytical capabilities
