- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office applications)
Core Responsibilities
- Lead property valuation processes for commercial, industrial, agricultural and specialized properties
- Manage valuation roll compilation and maintenance
- Analyze market trends and property transaction data
- Coordinate team activities and quality control assessments
- Ensure compliance with municipal valuation regulations
- Prepare technical reports and strategic recommendations
