Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and administration? We are looking for a dedicated Showroom Administrator to join our team at Masingita Mall, Giyani. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient stock and documentation management.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Showroom Administrator, your daily tasks will contribute to the store’s overall success by ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will manage administration, customer transactions, stock control, and showroom organization, all while enhancing sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer experiences by providing excellent service, assisting with queries, and offering expert product knowledge.
- Oversee store presentation, ensuring the showroom is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Handle documentation and store administration, processing orders, payments, refunds, and credits with accuracy.
- Manage stock control, keeping inventory levels accurate and conducting routine stock checks.
- Process goods returns efficiently and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure store compliance with operational procedures, keeping records and reports up to date.
- Drive new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers and encouraging sales growth.
- Uphold excellent housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Matric (Grade 12) / NQFL 3 or NQFL 4
- At least one year of experience in retail
- At least one year of administrative experience
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
