Role Summary

Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment according to technical specifications within FMCG environment.

Essential Qualifications

• N3-N6/NCV Technical Certification
• Valid Millwright Trade Test Certificate

Technical Expertise Required

• Working knowledge of industrial systems: conveyor belts, pneumatic systems, HVAC equipment
• Experience with food production machinery: spiral freezers, dough mixers, packaging systems
• Proficiency in PLC/VSD operations and electrical systems maintenance
• OSH Act compliance and food safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults using schematic diagrams
• Conduct equipment installations and upgrades
• Maintain maintenance records using job card system
• Implement safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with production teams on machine optimization
