Role Purpose

The Learnership Programme runs from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2027. It is designed to give participants practical skills and hands‑on experience in short‑term insurance. Successful graduates will receive a FETC Short‑Term Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the insurance team with day‑to‑day tasks and client enquiries.
• Support the processing of short‑term insurance policies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Complete assigned projects and reports under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age 18‑25 (must be 25 or younger in 2025).
• Valid South African ID – attach a copy.
• Matric certificate with at least 50 % in English (Mathematics is a plus). Attach the certificate or, if still studying, attach preliminary exam results.
• Proficient in English – reading, writing and speaking.
• Basic computer skills.
• Currently unemployed or without work experience.
• No enrolment in any other study programme or post‑matric qualification.
• Not registered for another learnership.
• Genuine interest in a career in short‑term insurance and a strong desire to learn.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
