Key Responsibilities
š Sales & Business Growth
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for new vehicles.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure effective customer engagement by managing expectations and delivering top-tier service.
š Market Awareness & Sales Strategy
- Understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on special offers, new models, and promotions to attract buyers.
š Compliance & Documentation
- Adhere to dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records.
- Ensure compliance with FICA regulations and Consumer Protection Laws.
š Marketing & Lead Generation
- Use cold calling and networking strategies to generate leads.
- Leverage digital tools, showroom displays, and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
Qualifications & Experience
ā Education: Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
ā Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
ā Additional Requirements: - Valid Code 8 Driverās License (Essential).
- Computer literacy and ability to use dealership management systems.
