Key Responsibilities
π Sales & Customer Engagement
- Process and finalize pre-owned vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Pursue and develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client has a seamless experience.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
π Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to FICA regulations, POPI Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
- Report transactional activities to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure sales transactions align with company policies and governance requirements.
πΌ Marketing & Sales Strategies
- Contribute to marketing campaigns aimed at increasing pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Identify sales opportunities and apply solutions to operational challenges.
- Engage in negotiations, finalize deals, and meet sales targets.
π Financial Efficiency
- Execute sales transactions effectively to prevent financial loss.
- Follow company pricing policies while ensuring profitability.
Qualifications & Experience
β Education: Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
β Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
β Additional Requirements: - Valid South African Driverβs License (Essential).
