Position Summary
Location: Rustenburg, North West

Experience: 5-7 years administrative experience
Education: National Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and records
- Support governance and dispute management processes
- Prepare meeting minutes and office communications
- Maintain registration databases
- Provide general office management support
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate plus office administration qualification
- Proven experience supporting senior management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
