Position Summary

Location: Rustenburg, North West

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 5-7 years administrative experience

Education: National Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and records
  • Support governance and dispute management processes
  • Prepare meeting minutes and office communications
  • Maintain registration databases
  • Provide general office management support

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric certificate plus office administration qualification
  • Proven experience supporting senior management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
