Role Purpose
Support office operations through administrative coordination, facility management, and team collaboration. Report to Operations Manager with daily oversight from Administrative Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Manage front desk operations including visitor coordination
- Oversee office supplies and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting logistics and document management
- Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts
- Support facility maintenance coordination
- Assist with visa processing and security protocols
Transport Coordination
- Schedule staff transportation and vehicle maintenance
- Maintain vehicle usage records and expense tracking
- Manage shuttle service contracts and SLAs
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years’ experience in multinational organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Understanding of international organization operations
