Key Responsibilities:

Claims Investigation & Assessment:

  • Conduct field investigations: Interview drivers/witnesses, collect statements, and gather accident reports
  • Create detailed accident scene sketches and photographic evidence
  • Verify claimant information through official databases (Natis/Cross Check)
  • Identify potential fraud cases and escalate to relevant departments
  • Provide court testimony for fraud-related cases

Administrative Duties:

  • Validate employment records, tax documents, and claimant identities
  • Verify accident vehicle ownership and liability details
  • Assess loss of earnings claims
  • Prepare regular progress reports

Document Management:

  • Maintain secure filing systems for easy document retrieval
  • Ensure confidential handling of sensitive records

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Advise claimants and employers on claims processes
  • Resolve investigation-related queries

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (essential)
  • 3 years’ experience in insurance investigations
  • Investigation training certification (advantageous)
  • Fraud examination certification (preferred)
