Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Information Science, Archive Management, Library Science, Human Sciences, or Built Environment (NQF 6 with 240 credits)
- 3 years’ experience in Documentation Management, Knowledge Management, or Project Management

- Manage project documentation lifecycle from creation to archiving
- Ensure compliance with records management systems and protocols
- Coordinate project handover documentation processes
- Maintain stakeholder communications and relationships
- Enforce safety, health, and quality standards (SHERQ)
