Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support Operations
- Prepare and review legal documents for settlement negotiations
- Maintain accurate case file records and database updates
- Coordinate arbitration processes and hearing logistics
- Manage confidential documentation and information flow
Case Resolution Management
- Facilitate group settlement meetings and court documentation
- Track court schedules and legal process timelines
- Explain claim assessment outcomes to relevant parties
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare operational progress reports
- Respond to internal and external information requests
- Maintain stakeholder relationships
Candidate Requirements:
- Law degree from accredited institution
- 3 years’ experience in legal administrative functions
