Position Details

- Required Qualification:
National Diploma/Diploma in Payroll Administration or related field - Experience Required: 3 years in Payroll Administration
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Department: Finance/Accounting/Audit
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payrolls (permanent staff, contractors & pensioners)
- Verify payroll inputs including salary increases and bonus payments
- Manage statutory deductions and court orders
- Handle ad hoc payments and advance salary requests
- Ensure accurate payroll reporting and data integrity
Compliance & Controls
- Implement fraud prevention measures
- Support internal/external audit processes
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
- Participate in organizational committees as required
Application Requirements

- Proven payroll processing experience
- Working knowledge of payroll control account reconciliation
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and tax regulations
