Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
– Provide technical support to shift teams
– Troubleshoot machine operations
– Coach team members on equipment handling
– Participate in plant optimization trials
Maintenance Operations:
– Execute planned maintenance schedules
– Complete maintenance documentation (SAP/SIGGA)
– Conduct routine equipment inspections
– Address urgent repairs and escalate complex issues
Safety & Compliance:
– Maintain strict safety protocols
– Implement 5S workplace organization
– Follow VPO manufacturing standards
– Conduct risk assessments
Requirements
– Matric/Grade 12 certificate
– Electrical Trade Test certification
– N3 Electrical Engineering qualification
– 2+ years manufacturing experience
– Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
