Key Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and pack avocados according to quality specifications
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Meet daily production targets while minimizing waste
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Report quality issues to supervisors immediately

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• 2+ years experience in fast-paced production environment

Key Skills:

• Physical stamina for standing & lifting
• Attention to detail for quality control
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable timekeeping

Work Environment

• Temperature-controlled facility
• Rotational shift system
• Team-based operations
