Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during assessments to prevent any form of malpractice.
  • Distribute exam papers and answer booklets to students.
  • Ensure that all assessment procedures align with institutional and policy requirements.
  • Prepare and organize the exam venue to meet necessary standards.
  • Assist students in case of emergencies, such as illness or evacuation procedures.
  • Address any queries raised by students during assessments.
  • Provide a detailed report at the end of each assessment session.
  • Safeguard the security and confidentiality of examination materials.
  • Verify student identity and ensure that only eligible students have access to the exam venue.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4) (essential).
  • A Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5) or Diploma (NQF Level 6) would be an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an academic or administrative role.
  • No criminal record.

  • Strong knowledge of higher education systems and regulations in South Africa.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and a professional approach to student support.

Working Hours:

  • Availability on Saturdays is required.
