What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
✔ Marketing/Communications Degree or Diploma – At least three years of experience in a school or related industry.
✔ Sales & Relationship Management Skills – Ability to attract new enrollments and retain existing families as brand ambassadors.
✔ Strategic Marketing Planning – Develop and execute creative and effective marketing strategies aligned with the school’s vision.
✔ Budget Management Experience – Work with the Executive Head and bursar to allocate the school’s marketing budget efficiently.
✔ Digital & Social Media Management – Oversee the school’s social media platforms and keep the Curro website updated.
✔ Brand & Communication Excellence – Ensure consistent brand messaging across school collateral, signage, and online channels.
✔ Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with parents, learners, staff, businesses, media, and the community.
✔ Technical Proficiency – Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
✔ Organizational & Deadline-Driven Approach – Strong attention to detail, planning, and prioritization skills.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Lead Generation & Enrollment Growth – Drive internal and external student acquisition campaigns to meet enrollment targets.
📌 Brand & Marketing Strategy – Create an engaging, results-driven marketing plan tailored to the school’s goals.
📌 School Community Engagement – Act as a bridge between the school and the broader community, ensuring strong stakeholder support.
📌 Social Media & Digital Presence – Manage online visibility, website updates, and branding consistency.
📌 Event Planning & Public Relations – Organize school events, open days, and promotional activities to attract new families.
📌 Professional Communication & Customer Service – Ensure high-quality, client-centric interactions with all stakeholders.
